TODD CLARK

• Currently serving as a Police Sergeant with the Manchester Police Department

• Co-Owner/instructor for Liberty Outpost LLC.

• Served as a police officer since graduating the police academy in 2009

• Undercover Narcotics detective and FBI Task Force Officer with top secret clearance for 4 years and was involved in the execution of many high-level search warrants.

• Firearms instructor for pistol, shotgun, and rifle since 2018. Recently recertified in 2021

• Glock certified armorer 2023

• AR15 rifle armorer 2024

• Assisted in the development of the Manchester Police departments current firearms program

At Liberty Outpost, Todd wishes to share his vast firearms knowledge and experience with fellow law enforcement officers as well as the public. He is also highly trained in conducting surveillance and counter surveillance techniques to ensure the safety of others drawing from rigorous training he obtained while serving as a FBI Task Force Officer and firearms instructor.
